Getting startedGetting your original crafted into a Qoro Replica is very easy. 1) Contact Kathy by phone or e-mail to make arrangements to visit or ship your original to Qoro. Kathy or Frank can answer any questions you may have at this time. Feel free to call or contact us anytime during the process with additional questions. 2) You will receive a tentative date for review of your proof. The standard time is 14 business days from the date we receive the original. The 14 day time line has been established to control the work flow and to allow Frank to do the best possible job on your replica. In many cases the proof is ready much faster and on rare occasions you may be contacted for more time if Frank is dissatisfied with the current results. This schedule also allows us to accommodate individuals with rush orders without disrupting the normal work flow at Qoro. Our current list of clients include about 300 to 350 artists and private individuals. We understand that requirements between individuals vary and unexpected things happen. A schedule allows us to work with the individual needs of each artist without causing any other clients an inconvenience. If you have a requirement beyond the normal schedule feel free to contact us at any time. We are here to provide outstanding service. 3) After the proof has been approved and payment has been arranged, you are ready to order re-prints in any quantity as needed. The normal schedule for receipt of re-prints is 10 working days. Most orders are printed with-in a week from the date of the order. We have provided re-prints to clients on our new printer with-in the hour. Canvas or paper pieces that will be coated take at least 2 days just to produce so same day re-orders on those is virtually impossible. |
